Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. By using EasyLunch Snap, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Adults are responsible for supervising any use involving children.

What EasyLunch Snap provides

The service uses automated systems to identify possible ingredients and suggest recipes. Suggestions and images may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are ideas—not professional medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety advice.

Your responsibilities

• Check every detected ingredient and correct mistakes before generating ideas.
• Confirm ingredient labels, allergies, dietary needs, spoilage, cooking temperatures, storage, and school rules yourself.
• Upload only photos you have the right to use, and avoid including people, private documents, addresses, or other personal information.
• Do not misuse the service, bypass usage limits, probe its security, automate excessive requests, or submit illegal or harmful content.

Accounts, limits, and availability

You are responsible for activity through your account. Free allowances, features, models, and limits may change. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, control costs, comply with law, or maintain the service. The testing service may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Content and third-party services

You retain any rights you have in photos you upload. You give EasyLunch Snap permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Google, Supabase, OpenAI, and Vercel provide parts of the service under their own terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. EasyLunch Snap does not guarantee that a suggestion is accurate, allergen-free, nutritionally complete, safe for a particular child, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, EasyLunch Snap is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. During testing, send questions to the person who invited you to EasyLunch Snap.
